After I placed my order for the K2 skate in orange for my nephew, I decided to check out a few other colors for my nieces and saw that some of the reviews stated that the pads were missing from the package. I contacted the seller who responded promptly advising that they would contact one of their stores to make extra sure that the pads would be included with my purchase. I did receive them with the pads that were promised. I am very pleased with the quality. They are excellent, beyond expectation. High quality skates, wheels, bearing and pads. I couldn't be happier. Just an absolutely wonderful seller to work with!
