I bought this to replace my Apple Leather case, which does a fairly good job at protecting the iPhone. After a few drops and dirty hands the case is starting to show wear and tear.This case has two layers to it, soft silicone like inner layer and a hard shell plastic outer layer. The image print is a high quality gloss and looks better in person, not pixelated. Definitely easier to wash and clean than my Apple case with more bumper protection for the phone; Completely covers the bottom of the phone unlike my old leather case.
