Function wise, this is the only housing where you can use the entire touchscreen underwater. No buttons! Waterproof to 80 meters/262 feet, you can use all of your apps, camera for photos and change any settings just as you would on land. If there is an emergency, you can still use text and phone features at the surface. If your smartphone has a wireless charge option, that function will still be maintained whilst in the housing, so no need to take it out of the case to charge.
There are a few apps and features available, too. For example, you can broadcast audio underwater. Imagine being an instructor and needing to ask students to look back at you. Create a pre-set recording then play it for them to hear underwater. And imagine being able to listen to music underwater.

By using an insulating liquid in between the membranes (screen), this allows for touch feedback to your mobile device while underwater. The SeaGrip handle uses their patented pressure supply system which is embedded in the handle. The inside and outside pressure are balanced up to 40m / 131 ft ensuring operational sensitivity within recreational depths. Having big hands or gloves on this makes one handed operation much more comfortable.
