I've had a number of these rugged shield cases, and for me they are the perfect blend of ruggedness protection and comfort while not being bulky. Every time I have to get a new phone, I always look for these first, I don't really want a different style of phone case. Ego Tactical did a good job at adapting the design to include Apples new multi touch side bar. I was expecting the thing plastic to be an issue, break or get loose, but a few months in and it hasn't come close to being an issue. Materials choice is great.
