I purchased this case for the main purpose of holding my phone to the Lisen Cooling MagSafe Charger Vent Car Mount. My original Apple OEM Clear MagSafe case wasn’t cutting it and falling off when I drove over bumps. This Case solved that problem and more.First off, the case is very nicely made. The inner layer is a nice touch of quality material cradling your phone. The outside is rather plain but sleek. The Carbon Fiber back is very nice to the touch. The edges are almost flush to the phone and the corners are raiser for protection. The back of the case is about 1.5-2mm thick off the back of the phone protecting the camera completely. The buttons are molded in, raised considerably for easy use, and have small slits on each side of the buttons to made pressing the buttons easy.Here’s the Main Event, the MagSafe Ring and Bar. So the claim is that the case is 30% stronger than Apple’s OEM MagSafe Cases; and, I can contest that this small magnetic strength increase is true and 100% noticeably better. So my MagSafe car mount in my very bumpy and rough riding car seemed to be too weak. I was about to return it; but, this case proved to be all I needed for the fix. Using the Apple OEM MagSafe clear case the phone would fly off and also rotate the phone while driving. The Rebel 2 Case solved both problems with stronger magnets and the case material both stopping the phone dismounting and rotating.Here’s the added bonus to purchasing this case. You get an included Screen Protector! It only comes with an alcohol wipe, microfiber cloth and a sticky dust remover; but, it’s still a bonus. The screen protector is on the cheaper side and the edges do have a light white glow to them, but it does go almost edge to edge to the case. I recommend looking up how people install screen protectors using tape when not having a installer device or frame; which, was very useful for me. I got a single piece of dust when installing and peeled up the side to try to get it out. It proved to be worse when I did this. Nevertheless, it was included. Cheap screen protectors are around $20 and up to $45 for the best ones; but, this one was just a bonus. My previous protect was already cracked on the edges, micro scratched everywhere, and slightly yellowed that I only notice after I removed it.My final thoughts are that this case is a 10/10 and I would recommend and buy again. I've had many different phone cases over the years. This is unquestionably the best phone case I've owned. Very sturdy. But more importantly to me, the feel of it is so much better than other cases. It feels "grippy" but doesn't get caught up in my pocket. The edges around the screen actually improve my hold. I never thought there could be a "different' feel after owning Tech21, Otterbox, and Mous. This one feels great and is SOLID too - which is why you buy a phone case to begin with. I already love my Rebel.This is a great case that is not a name brand like otterbox or uag. The case is sturdy and does not come off my phone easily. It provides great protection from any drop. The volume and power buttons are tactile and easy to use. The case is a good happy medium between grippy and slippery. Wonderful case!I just went thru my second case in two years from Apple. The second being destroyed in record time smh. The Rebel case on the other hand feels extremely sturdy and I hope it will last me a long time. It is a little bit slippery but it might be from it just being brand new out of the box. I love the open sides but I won’t lie I am a little bit worried of an accident happening.I thought this case would be mediocre with the open sides. I dropped this phone several times HARD. Not a scratch, I’m very surprised. The case does make the phone a little heavier and I notice a small drop in MagSafe strength. It holds to chargers well, but surfaces not as strong. Overall I’m VERY happy with this purchase. I’d look for this type of case for every phone upgrade when I get them.Love it great and the best case available in the marketI like this case because it feels solid and it fits my iPhone well and it comes with a flolab screan protector. I didn’t use the screen protector because it is 1mm smaller than what I already have installed.I just gave this case 4 star because it is slippery in my hands and it gets smudge easily as you can see in the photo. I won’t be able to use my PopGrip slide on this because the case is thicker than what I had before so I might buy the PopGrip for magsafe to test how strong the magnet is on this case.I am in Quebec, Canada and bought this one instead of an Urban Armor, the main reason because UAG usually do not accept Wi-Fi charging and this one does.Because it is located in another country it said it would take 14 to 21 days. Almost did not order, but got it from DHL within 2 days. Awesome.Even with the charging delivery price it was still worth than getting an UAG one.It is really sturdy. Protect the IPhone 12 really, really well. Front and back. It comes with a top screen glass protection that is really strong, check reviews online. It is a product that will last forever and I am sure my phone is really well protected, probably the same level or higher than with an UAG case.I recommend this buy to anyone.End game casing for iPhone 12 pro max !1. Premium materials, seemless construction, tight fit, tactile buttons, ample camera protection and tested for extreme drops. Every aspect was clearly thought out and engineered to be functional such as the recessed lip around the screen for easy swiping, beefed up corners along with the raised corner edges that keep the front and rear from making contact when placed on flat surfaces.My only critiques are to have slightly more grip but I’m torn because the material used feels so good in the hand albeit almost too smooth. Hasn’t caused me to drop it though. Maybe some gentle stippling on the Gen3 would solve the matter.Also the rear aramid is hard to explain in terms of texture but it durable, smooth, almost velvety and really nice. It attracts oils which is easy to wipe away and does a good job with scratch resistance. Only small marks I’ve seen that didn’t wipe away were caused by my magesafe charger. I guess my gripe isn’t with the aramid but with the MagSafe system and the damage it seems to cause all cases.4.75/5 - My daily driver until the Gen3 is released or another company steps up to the plate. E.A.P got this case right and I really would not change much if anything!! Oh and the included FloLab screen protector is among the best tested protectors available. They retail for like 20-30 alone.I gotta give this case a 1 star review….I’ve got the rebel version of this and absolutely love it but this crystal version just does not fit well at all! Theirs visible chrome from the chassis all around the case and the buttons feel like their not even there…Edit: got a return and received excellent customer service!
